To streamline our service operations, the general membership service on our website will be discontinued effective March 31, 2025.
After this date, document downloads and sample requests will be handled through a non-member inquiry system. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

1. BJY collects and uses personal information for the purpose of responding to customer inquiries, as outlined below:
A) Collected Item: Email address
B) Purpose of Use: To respond to customer inquiries
C) Retention Period: Information will be deleted immediately after the purpose is fulfilled
*Your inquiry will not be stored in the system and will be sent directly to the responsible staff via email.
You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
However, please note that if you do not consent, we may be unable to provide a response to your inquiry.
2. BJY does not collect or process personal information from individuals under the age of 14.
Therefore, children under 14 are not permitted to submit 1:1 inquiries.
